The unauthorized invasion of drones into restricted airspace is a pressing global security issue. Anti-drone jamming systems provide an electronic shield to neutralize such threats. These systems transmit high-power RF signals to break the link between the drone and its pilot. The performance of the jammer is heavily dependent on its RF power amplifiers. These amplifiers must cover frequencies from 100MHz to 6GHz to address the wide range of potential drone control and navigation signals. They must also deliver power levels from tens to hundreds of watts to achieve operational ranges of several kilometers. Environmental durability, including operation from -40°C to +85°C, is essential for reliable field performance. Applications include protecting government buildings, critical infrastructure sites, and large public gatherings. The system can be configured as a standalone unit or integrated into a wider security network. Our role is to supply the critical RF power amplification technology that enables these systems to perform reliably. We develop components that meet the stringent requirements for bandwidth, power, and temperature stability.
